The Yorkshire Agricultural Society encourages people from all walks of life to get involved with Agriculture through a number of competitions and awards that are run throughout the year.
To encourage and recognise the contribution of farmers in Yorkshire and the North-East to conservation and environmental improvement the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, in association with the Farming & Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG), awards the Tye Trophy annually.
